Wasn't sure what to expect from such a small compressor, but I'm honestly impressed. I connected it to my airbrush and it worked great right away. I mostly use it for priming and base coating Warhammer figures. The cordless design is a huge plus for me.
I have been a plastic modeler for over 40 years and have used many airbrushes and compressors over that time. I became interested in a cordless compressor to do small jobs quickly with out having to spend a lot of time setting up my usual hobby compressor. I was really amazed at how well this worked with my enamel paints. The cordless compressor works as advertised with more than enough pressure and airflow to spray the usual 50/50 diluted paint. The quietness and total lack of vibration truly amazed me. The compressor charges at about 1 hour and gives about 30 minutes of spray time, more than enough to paint my usual 1/35th scale models. For the price this is outstanding value and I can highly recommend it.
I have been thinking of doing hobby airbrushing for some time. But I did not have the room for an air compressor set up. Let me tell you, this little kit is amazing for those who want to do some casual upgrades to figures, hobby kits, custom paint jobs, and toys. Not only that, but my wife also used it for cake decorating! The compressor holds a charge for a really good amount of time. I have done some nice detail work on some figures, which is all I needed. Awesome little compressor. I wanted something small for doing quick little details on miniatures without setting up my big compressor. The psi seems fine for my acrylics, and it's not overly loud. The battery actually lasts quite a while as well. I was hesitant on it at first but I think this one was worth the money for me.
I've been using a regular compressor for years and wanted something more portable. This one is definitely easier to move around and takes up almost no space on my workbench. I do wish it had adjustable pressure, but for basic airbrushing and base coating my models it works just fine. Pretty happy with my purchase.
