Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day return window.
• Orders affected by shipping carrier issues, including failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
• Orders with an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.

In cases involving shipping carrier issues or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, we may, at our sole discretion, offer either:

• a replacement shipment to the corrected address, or
• cancellation of the order without a refund.
