I got this to help me keep my craft brushes clean. It's a tedious job that I don't like doing, so the brushes sit I sit them up in water to soak and often times they expand and crack the wood brushes handles. WIth this cleaner, I don't need to soak them for hours and hours. I do think it would have difficulty with a very thick dense paint so I clean the excess paint first. The unit does feel a bit cheap, but you can't argue with results, I think it would make quick work of makeup brushes.
This little device has saved me a lot of times soaking my brushes thinner to get the paint off. I just install the brushes and the paint thinner and presto brushes clean.
This brush cleaner is perfect for painting! It spins at a nice speed, keeping the water moving in a small whirlpool. The bottom of the containers has small ridges to rub the brush bristles against in order to remove the paint and get the bristles nice and clean and ready for a new color. I use this cleaner without the lid since I don't want to put a bunch of wet paint on the silicone lid and then need to clean out all of those small holes when done. The fact that the cleaner is rechargeable is a plus! I also like the brush tray that comes in the package for storing brushes when not in use! Overall, this is a nice gadget and a nice addition to my art studio!
An excellent product for cleaning multiple brushes at once; it’s also useful for resting dirty brushes when you know you’ll be using them again in five minutes. Overall, I am satisfied.

Really cleans my brushes well. However, when cleaning multiple brushes there is a lot of dripping from the ones waiting to be removed from the holder.

Ok product, cleaning brushes takes ages. No instructions and an extra piece that i have no idea what it is or what its used for.
This little unit is fairly fragile but does a good cleaning job especially with a few drops of brush cleaner in warm water. I use it with both oils and acrylics and am happy with it. Thankyou.

Works very well at cleaning my brushes. Easy to use and clean up. Doesn't take up much space on my workbench which is great.
Love the concept, works as advertised. The only thing I don't like is the power switch. Sometimes I have to hit it 5 to 10 times before it either turns it on or off. That said, it's on my workbench and working well.

This is a truly amazing piece of kit. To be honest i should have had one a long time ago. My brushes will live longer now and hold their points much better than before. This is a truly wonderful thing and I am so pleased with it.
Was not as advertised, box called it a makeup brush cleaner, tested with multiple cleaning solutions and water and did not fully clean brushes. Worse than if I used brush soap manually.

This product works as it should. Cleaned my brush completely. Works as it should.
I have yet to test them on brushes. I have ran them and they seem like a good build. Easy to use. Might not be the best on your bigger brushes. I also advise to add a bit of cleaning solution for brushes. Not dawn or anything like that.
This is awesome and easy to use plus I don’t have to change the water after every use. I added a small amount of soap and it works like a charm.
