Gave the whole kit to my husband as a gift. He’s been a dedicated modeler since he was a kid! He’s loves them and now that he’s older it helps with seeing to do the detail work. I’m so happy I bought these

I've made my own alligator clip sticks but these flexible ones are much handier.

works fine

It goes well with the associated base unit. They allow you to securely grip a model with minimal overlap, such as holding the undercarriage, or rudder of an aeroplane while painting the rest. The remaining touch up area is minimal…compared to fat fingers.

I have not had the chance to use it yet, but the cushioned clips along with the magnetic base should be much more effective than my usual unguarded clips and the cardboard base that I usually use. I particularly like the high degree of articulation of each clip. That should come in handy for small parts and figures.
